(1) It has been seen providing a tendon to the index finger, which does not join with the indicial tendon of the flexor profundus, but, running separately in the sheath, was inserted onto the ungual phalanx.(2) Further detailed physical examination revealed a flesh-colored papule in the nail bed of the third toe of the left foot, consistent with an ungual fibroma.
